Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development
"Teaching is not a profession; it’s a passion."
We are a student chapter of the Association for Supervision and
Curriculum Development (ASCD), based at
ASCD is an educational organization involved in publishing
and workshops, as well as a yearly conference in the spring.
Locally, our chapter is quite active, regularly cleaning a two-mile stretch of
Rt. 309, sponsoring educational and inspirational speakers, washing cars,
tutoring area students, and taking enriching field trips, among other things!
Each year ASCD members have the chance to attend
